Our Select GCR team is excited to work with you over the next 12 months by providing you the tools, education, documents, templates, and overall help to expedite your knowledge and success.

During this period, you will work with different departments that have been tasked to help you. As we proceed you will be contacted by each team member, and they will explain what tasks they have taken on, and how they will be of assistance to you. Always remember, your main POC (point of contact) is the initial friendly voice that you spoke with that explained our services.

If your SAM is complete, then we will move on to the next step.

*If we are updating/optimizing your SAM as part of the agreement, we will need to collect specific data to complete that task. You will be sent a “SAM worksheet” form that must be filled out and returned to your main POC for our SAM processing department.

Here’s how things will proceed...

 

Currently, we are creating your profile and file for each department. You will receive introduction emails from each contact or department introducing themselves and explaining what tasks they have taken on for you.

Initially, our admin/marketing teams will provide you access to the Select GCR Pro program, create your capabilities statement, provide you educational documents and templates, and register your business with the chosen city/county, state, and top industry primes.

 

During this period, you will communicate with our teams to provide them information and answers to questions as they complete tasks. Additionally, you will need to get familiar with Select GCR Pro, SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, and the documents & templates you are provided.

 

After the aforementioned is complete, the marketing begins. It all starts with your email marketing campaigns & open rate reports. From there communicate with our GPA (government procurement advisor) team and focus on market research, data, and reports. Moving forward the focus is to help you build relationships with CO’s, Primes, SADBU’s & FOIA contacts. Equally important will be the focus on searching, finding, and bidding on contracts.

Select GCR Pro

Within the next 3 business days you will receive your Username & Password to access the Select GCR Pro program. This program connects to city, county, state & federal websites, and databases to provide you contacts and contracts.

Targeted searches for industry specific contracts and contacts are being created for you, and once a week you will receive an email to access those searches.

Capabilities Statement 

Immediately our marketing team will start working on your Capabilities Statement (Government Resume). They will collect most data from your SAM profile and website. Additionally, they will email you to collect missing information to complete this task. When done, you will receive a PDF and editable version of your Capabilities Statement for your records.

Government Documents, Templates, and Manuals

Receive government documents, templates and manuals that will detail the steps that need to be taken to achieve success within the federal sector, the intricacies of bid writing and submission, and understanding how to contact and communicate with CO’s and Primes.

City/County & State Registrations

Our admin staff will communicate with you to determine which city/county, and state registration will bring you the most value. When the registrations are complete you will receive confirmation, and direct links are added to your Select GCR Pro “Dashboard” for easy access.

 

*Identify state and local government bid opportunities for a variety of products, services, and equipment. Some of the most profitable contracts come from agencies who prefer working with private companies who are entrenched in the state and local economy.

 

Prime Contractor Registrations

The Select GCR Marketing team will search for the top prime contractors for your industry/NAICS. Then register your business as a Vendor, Subcontractor, or supplier on that company’s website. You will be introduced to top primes as a viable option for upcoming sub to prime contracts.

Email Marketing Campaigns

  1. Through targeted searches our market research team will locate procurement officials and/or prime contractors that have procured under your designated NAICS, PSC’s & geographic areas. (Our team will pull this data)
  2. A formal introduction template is drafted using your company’s website, capabilities statement, and registrations. (Sent to you for final approval)
  3. This template is sent to all contacts pulled introducing your firms’ capabilities and differentiators expressing your firms’ interest as a proactive, responsible vendor that would like to do business with their agency. (EM sent from chosen email address)
  4. After delivery, client will receive an open rate report showing who received the email, who opened it, & who clicked on links within the email. (Follow up directions provided)

We send out email marketing campaigns on your behalf to market your firm to CO’s and/or primes. From our efforts thousands of contacts will be introduced to your firm, now knowing that you are a viable option for upcoming opportunities.

Government Procurement Advisors

 

Our GPA team personally trains clients on how to access, use, and benefit from Select GCR Pro. Clients will learn how to navigate through the federal contracting maze through communication and help from our GPA team.

 

After initial phase of your marketing program is complete and your email campaigns have been sent, you will have the opportunity to meet with a GPA for a one-on-one training. *This training will come after your Select GCR Pro training with your dedicated advisor.

One Hour Training Session

Your GPA will go more in-depth than your advisor went, showing what to look for, who to connect with, what to say, and what to send. Overall, clients will lean how to market to the government through a developed government-targeted marketing strategy that our GPA will provide all the training you need to be successful.
